You Deserve to Feel Beautiful

Not when you lose weight. Not when your life slows down. Not when everything feels perfectly in place.

Now!!!

I think we talk ourselves out of photos more than we realize. We say we’re too tired. Too busy. Not ready. We tell ourselves we’ll do it later. And later keeps moving.

But you deserve to feel beautiful exactly as you are.

One of my favorite parts of being a Wichita photographer is watching that shift happen during a session. You show up a little unsure. A little in your head. And then something changes. You start laughing. You relax your shoulders. You see a photo on the back of my camera and realize… wait. That’s actually me.

Whether it’s a maternity session, a couples session, or one of my mini sessions, I don’t photograph you to change you. I photograph you to show you what’s already there.

Confidence doesn’t always walk into the room first. Sometimes it shows up halfway through the session. Sometimes it shows up when you see your final gallery. Sometimes it shows up years later when you look back and think, I was stronger than I realized.

Photography isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. It’s about letting yourself take up space and saying, this version of me matters.

You don’t need a milestone. You don’t need permission. You don’t need to be different.

You deserve to feel beautiful!!!

I’ll let you in on a secret: The main reason The Bexx Collective exists is because of the photos I don't have.

Growing up, life moved fast, and cameras were put away. Today, I don’t have those classic, beautiful portraits of me with my mom, or me with my dad. I know exactly what it feels like to look back at a chapter of your life and realize there’s no visual record of the love, the laughter, or the people who meant the world to you.
