Bexx Collective Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a photography session with Bexx Collective, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book a session.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All sessions require a deposit to secure your date.

• Full payment is due according to the session agreement prior to delivery of images.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Bexx Collective will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes.

• In the event of cancellation by Bexx Collective, all payments will be refunded in full.

4. Session Policy

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session.

• Bexx Collective is not responsible for missed shots due to late arrivals or non-cooperative environments.

5. Image Delivery and Usage

• Final images are delivered digitally unless otherwise arranged.

• Bexx Collective retains copyright to all images.

• Clients are granted a personal use license. Commercial use or resale requires written permission.

• Bexx Collective may use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing.

6. Liability

• Bexx Collective is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage during sessions.

• In case of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the session fee paid.

7. Privacy

• Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent.

• By submitting personal information, clients consent to use for booking, communication, and session management purposes.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

• Any disputes will be resolved under Kansas jurisdiction.
