Bexx Collective Refund Policy

1. Deposits and Payments
   All session bookings require a deposit to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward rescheduled sessions if notice is given.

2. Cancellations

• Client Cancellation: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date.

1. Refunds

• Refunds are generally not provided for completed sessions or deposits.

• In the unlikely event that Bexx Collective must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

   Any exceptions to this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis and require written agreement.
